Responsible Gaming at 5rrrr

Q: Who is allowed to create an account at 5rrrr?

Only adults aged 21 and above who are residents of or located in Bangladesh are permitted to register and play at 5rrrr. Creating an account on behalf of someone else, or allowing a minor to use your account, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

Q: How do I set a deposit limit on my 5rrrr account?

After logging in, go to Account Settings and select the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can choose a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap in Bangladeshi Taka. Your chosen limit applies immediately. If you want to increase a previously set limit, a mandatory 7-day review period applies so the decision is never made on impulse.

Q: What happens when I request self-exclusion?

Once a self-exclusion request is confirmed, your 5rrrr account is suspended and you will no longer be able to log in or place bets. All scheduled bonuses and promotional emails are also paused. You may request a minimum exclusion of six months. After the exclusion period ends, reactivating your account requires a separate written request reviewed by our team to ensure you are ready to return.

Q: Can I get a refund if I think my gambling has caused me financial harm?

5rrrr does not offer refunds on losses incurred during normal gambling activity. However, if you are concerned about your financial wellbeing, our support team can discuss your options including deposit limit reductions, account suspension, or referral to a financial counselling service. We are here to help — not to judge.

Q: How does 5rrrr prevent underage gambling?

All new accounts at 5rrrr are subject to identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. During this process we verify date of birth to confirm the player is 21 or older. If there is any doubt about a user's age, the account is temporarily restricted pending verification. We also encourage all adult members to keep their login credentials secure and never share them with younger family members.

We believe gambling should always be a source of entertainment, never a burden. Discover the tools and guidance 5rrrr offers to keep every player safe.

Playing Responsibly Matters

At 5rrrr, responsible gaming is not a policy footnote — it is part of who we are. Our platform is designed for players across Bangladesh who enjoy cricket betting, live casino, and slots as a form of leisure. We understand the excitement that comes with every spin, wager, and live match, and we equally understand that excitement can, in rare cases, become compulsive. That is why we have built a robust framework of tools, limits, and dedicated support so that every member always stays in control.

Bangladesh is a vibrant market with millions of sports fans and gaming enthusiasts from Dhaka to Chittagong, Sylhet to Cox's Bazar. 5rrrr proudly serves this community and takes its duty of care seriously. Our platform enforces a strict 21+ age requirement for all registered accounts, and we actively encourage every member to use the tools below to manage their activity in a healthy, balanced way.

Available Protection Tools

Deposit Limit Control
Log into your 5rrrr account and navigate to Account Settings to set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit. Once a lower limit is set it takes effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
Time-Out Period
Choose a break period ranging from one day to six weeks. During a time-out your account remains open but all betting and casino activity is suspended. Your balance and account history are preserved for when you return.
Full Self-Exclusion
If you believe you need a longer-term break, request a self-exclusion for a minimum of six months or indefinitely. Contact our support team via email and the process will be completed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, you will not receive any promotional communications from 5rrrr.
Reality Checks
Enable optional pop-up reminders at custom intervals — every 30, 60, or 90 minutes — that display your current session duration and net win or loss. This keeps your awareness sharp and prevents time from slipping away unnoticed.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Spending more than you can afford or chasing losses to recover money
Gambling to escape stress, anxiety, or personal problems rather than for entertainment
Neglecting work, family, or social obligations due to time spent gambling
Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling activity
Feeling irritable, anxious, or restless when attempting to cut down on gambling

Our Commitment to You

At 5rrrr, we pledge to treat every player with dignity and to prioritise player safety over revenue at every decision point. We will never use manipulative design patterns to encourage impulsive betting. Our promotions are designed to reward loyal, recreational play — they are never intended to lure vulnerable players into spending beyond their means. We review our responsible gaming tools regularly and act on player feedback to improve them.

If you ever feel that gambling is negatively affecting your daily life — whether you are based in Dhaka, Rajshahi, Khulna, or anywhere else in Bangladesh — please reach out to our team. We are here 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we will always respond with understanding, not judgment. You are not alone, and help is always available.
